SINETZ
SINETZ is a software solution for steady-state calculations of branched and interconnected piping networks. It determines flow distribution, pressure losses and temperature changes in open or closed systems, considering compressible and incompressible fluids and networks of any complexity.
SINETZ supports the sizing of piping, insulation, pumps and fans, the verification of existing networks and the simulation of different operating conditions. It calculates flow rate, flow direction, velocity, pressure and temperature at individual segments and nodes.
It is designed for engineers, designers and technicians involved in the fluid dynamic sizing and verification of industrial networks. It supports engineering companies, plant manufacturers, energy suppliers, shipyards, component manufacturers and infrastructure operators.

Benefits
Accuracy
Flow rates, pressures, temperatures and velocities are calculated at individual segments and nodes, providing a detailed understanding of network behaviour.
Clarity
Networks, parameters and results are displayed graphically, making flow distribution and critical operating conditions easier to understand and identify.
Flexibility
The software analyses open or closed, branched or interconnected networks with circular, rectangular or hydraulically defined cross-sections.
Simulation
Different load cases allow operating conditions, pump configurations, fluid properties and environmental parameters within the network to be compared.
Automazione
Resistance coefficients and flow distribution are calculated automatically, reducing manual data entry and limiting possible inconsistencies.
Control
Plausibility checks and detailed messages help identify incomplete data, incorrect configurations and operating conditions incompatible with the system.
Optimization
Comparing pipe diameters, pumps, insulation and operating conditions supports accurate network sizing and helps identify more efficient and reliable configurations.
Integration
Dedicated interfaces transfer CAD and CAE data, avoiding duplicate work and keeping information coordinated throughout the project.
Documentation
Input data and results are collected in customizable tables, charts and reports, simplifying calculation review, delivery and archiving.
Features
Network configuration
The network is created graphically by defining geometry, diameters, materials, insulation, components, boundary conditions and individual segment parameters.
Load cases
Operating conditions, fluids, pumps, flow rates and environmental parameters can be configured to simulate and compare different network states.
Result analysis
Pressures, flow rates, temperatures and velocities are represented through colours, numerical values and charts, making performance immediately understandable.
