Project management and project control activities

Our Company is able to provide highly professional project management and control services. The software primarily used for these activities is Oracle Primavera ® and Microsoft Project ®. The most important tasks of the project control are:
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the Planning and Progress Control System;
  • monitoring the progress measurement system and ensuring the proper information flow, progress status and completion forecast are assessed and reported for Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction and Commissioning phases;
  • Update all Project Schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating forecast dates and monitoring any progress and productivity deviation compared with the baseline schedule, including the corrective actions taken by the PM;
  • Create and maintain the 90 days look-ahead schedule, weekly, monthly. Isolate any adverse trend and warn the PM on time to take corrective actions, issue weekly and monthly project reports (internal and for the Client);
  • Assist the Project Manager in the Project Status Report preparation and participate at the coordination meetings; Support the Project during the contract changes/claims process providing the time impact analysis.

4D project control

4D Planning, Scheduling & Construction improves the Safety, Reliability, Predictability, and Quality of Complex Construction Projects, saving money by avoiding rework and identifying schedule problems in advance. Real-time progress updates to the 4D model enable a digital representation of the state of the project to be generated, improving communication and productivity with shared dashboards, as well as the reuse of that data in digital workflows.

It is manifest that 4D and 5D Digital BIM are upgrading construction management. The results of BIM process & technology are to more efficient deployment of resources, Planning, Designing, Managing, and Reducing Reworks and Optimize Change orders
